Split pea soup is a wonderful, warm hug on these cold, damp winter days. Medium Carrots, finely diced.
Split Peas, either green or yellow
Pork Hock, one should be enough
Chicken Stock, Getaway Farmers & Butchers
Sugar, dark brown
